JAMMU, Nov 22: Making a scathing attack on Congress party, BJP State president, Ravinder Raina today said that the party was playing into the hands of anti-nationals.
Raina, who was talking to media persons along with MP Lok Sabha, Jugal Kishore Sharma here, hailed the decision of Governor to dissolve the Jammu & Kashmir Assembly yesterday. He said that Congress, NC and PDP conspired against the democratic forces of Jammu & Kashmir. He stressed that the conspiracy was against nationalistic forces and particularly the Jammu and Ladakh regions. But their move was scuttled, he added.
Raina, said that the Governor by dissolving State Assembly has failed their sinister design. He said that the whole conspiracy was hatched against the Jammu. Leh and Kargil on the behalf of the Congress bosses sitting in their bungalows in Delhi and now their ill designs have been exposed in front of the people of Jammu and Ladakh.
Raina said that the masterminds of this whole conspiracy were Rahul Gandhi, Ghulam Nabi Azad and other tall State leaders of Congress. He accused the Congress for conspiring along with other anti-national forces on the directions of Pakistan. Congress in connivance with others tried to kill and sell the popular mandate of the people of the State. They never followed the true procedure, but plotted the whole scene on social media, he alleged and said that this episode was only the imaginary brainchild from their evil minds.
Raina said that NC and PDP on behest of Congress tried to sabotage the grass root level democratic process in the recently held Urban Local Bodies (ULB) elections, in which they miserably failed, thus conspired against the people of Jammu and Ladakh, backstabbing common masses. He said that ground level worker was about to contest the ULB and Panchayat elections in the State, but they created a drama of boycott on the name of Article 35 -A and asked that now what has happened to their stance. He alleged that these parties are power hungry and do not care for the normal worker of their parties.
Raina said that the democracy has been strengthened in the State of Jammu & Kashmir by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. He even didn’t rule out the hand of separatist forces acting on the behest of Pakistan and asked that how come that NC and PDP have suddenly come to support each other without any formal understanding thus failing the very basic principle of democracy.
He termed this as double standards for sharing power and accused Congress as being supporting the agenda of separatists and Pakistan.
