JAMMU, Dec 12: Minority Cell of Congress J&K UT under the chairmanship of Gurdarshan Singh, its vice chairman and Jagjit Singh, chairman Jammu Urban Unit was held here in support of ongoing farmers agitation in New Delhi.
The protesting leaders showed great resentment against the three laws that took effect from Sept 27, 2020. The leaders spoke very high against these acts which are illegal and arbitrary because these acts framed by Modi Govt would pave way for commercialization of the agricultural products and shall completely ruin our country.
The laws are unconstitutional, anti- farmer because the farmers position would become vulnerable before corporate giants and the greed of multi- national companies. The speakers expressed their anguish in the protest rally. The protesters demanded that Modi Govt should immediately revoke these laws for the benefit of the farmers and pledged that the minority congress J&K UT fully endorse and support, ongoing farmers strike.
