JAMMU, Mar 14: The residents of New Rehari have expressed grave concern over the parking of vehicles by unknown people in the lanes and by lanes of the area with the result the local residents are facing problems.
A delegation of the people led by Shiv Chander Sharma a social activist and writer who visited this office said that the parking of vehicles in the area have also put the people to a lot of security risk as there is no check on the same. They said the issue was taken by them with the local corporator of the area and other officers of the Municipality also but to no avail.
The residents also expressed grave concern over the water scarcity in the area saying they are facing the water supply problem as there is no proper timing for the same and the duration of supply is also very short. In an appeal to the PHE authorities they have sought their intervention in the matter and solving the problem permanently.
