JAMMU, Feb 1: Various organisations have expressed their concern over the delaying tactics adopted by the Government in issuing the orders to selected candidates under PM package.
In a statement Janata Dal United (JDU) general secretary, Sanjay Dhar and its State secretary, Vivek Bali said that the PM package has totally proved an eye wash as the posts in various departments announced over a year back have not been filled up till date. They alleged that deliberately delaying tactics are being made in issuing the orders by the various departments to sabotage the package.
Meanwhile, Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) president, Kundan Kashmiri has made an appeal to Union Government seeking its intervention in the matter. He said that the migrant candidates selected under the package have left their jobs in private sector after their names figured in the selection list issued about one year back and since then they are in great desperation as the concerned authorities have failed to issue the orders for selected candidates.
Sunil Pandita a social activist from Jagti town has also made an appeal to Government to immediately issue the orders for selected candidates for Class fourth and Assistant compiler posts. He said the delaying tactics adopted by the concerned departments has generated a lot of resentment among the displaced people from Valley.
