SRINAGAR, Oct 19: Government today constituted a committee to frame Draft State Perspective Civil Aviation Plan.
According to an order issued by the General Administration Department, Chief Secretary is the Chairman of the Committee while as Principal Secretaries of Finance and Civil Aviation Departments, Commissioner Secretaries of Tourism and Culture and Forest Department and Commissioner Civil Aviation are its members.
