JAMMU, Sept 3: Shastri Nagar Welfare Forum in its general body meeting nominated Col. K.K Dogra as Forum president and Bharat Gupta as working president for the development of park number 69, Shastri Nagar.
On this occasion Bharat Gupta announced a nine member working committee of the Forum for upliftment of the park and Baba Surgal Dev Mandir.
The nine member committee included Col. K.K Dogra, president; Bharat Gupta, working president; Dr. S.K Sharma, incharge Mandir complex; M.L Padha, Pardeep Sharma, Jyoti Talwar, Darshan Gupta, Shiv Ram Sharma and Amrish Dutta-all members.
Speaking on the occasion Bharat Gupta assured the general body members that the committee will work actively for the upliftment of the park and its surroundings from time to time.
He said that executive committee of the Forum will be formed shortly.
