CMO orders inquiry as expired medicines found at PHC

REASI, Mar 9: Following alleged detection of expired  medicines at Primary Health Centre Arnas, the Chief Medical  Officer (CMO) Reasi has ordered a probe to look into the matter.
A three-member inquiry committee, headed by BMO Mahore, shall look into the matter and submit a report within three-days for further action,”  CMO Dr Pavinder Singh told the Excelsior.  He maintained that the guilty would not be spared.

Earlier, a team of media persons visited the PHC Arnas and found that expired  medicines were allegedly being given to the patients  there.
The expired items includes Iron and Folic Acid suspension and some other  medicines.
