JAMMU, Mar 9: A deputation of J&K Accounts Employees Association met the Finance Minister Dr Haseeb Drabu and discussed their issues here today.
The members led by Niyaz Ahmed Qadri, president Civil Secretariat Accounts Employees Union Kulwant Singh Jammu unit president and Showkat Imran Kashmir unit projected the burning issues of the cadre before the Finance Minister.
They demanded creation of posts, implementation of PAO system, regularization/ promotion of Accounts employees and carrier assured progression issues with the minister. The Minister listened the issues patiently and assured to take the same on priority. Earlier, the deputation also met the Director General Accounts and Treasuries to discuss these issues.
