RAJOURI, Apr 25: A warm farewell was accorded in the honour of Dr. Rajeev Sharma Chief Medical Officer, Rajouri on his transfer as CMO Samba after a successful tenure of one and half year.
A farewell programme was organized in the CMO’s office Complex where DHO, Dy. CMO, DTO, DPM(NHM), Block Medical Officers and all other staff members of CMO’s and Dy. CMO’s office remained present.
Mr Bilal Rashid Assistant Director Planning highlighted the achievements and experience shared by Dr Rajeev as CMO, Rajouri. Dy CMO Dr Anis said that Dr Rajeev worked with dedication and took a lot of initiatives in the interest of public. DHO Dr Chaman, Dr Bashir DTO, Dr Iqbal, Dr Ashfaq (BMOs), Asif Mir DPM also hailed the steps taken by him for improvement in the Health Care system all over the district. Dr. Malik said that his style of work and conduct always remained encouraging for the field officers, which helped them a lot. All the officers/officials appreciated the role of the outgoing CMO as Administrator.
Later a similar farewell party was organized by Block Medical officer Sunderbani Dr Govind Sharma in which Doctors and other officials of Health department took part and accorded warm send off to Dr. Rajeev Sharma.
