Clothes donated to needy patients

JAMMU, Feb 26: Rich Harvest School organised a donation programme at District Hospital Samba for the patients belonging to weaker sections of the society.
Swati Gupta, Sub Judge, District Legal Services Authority Samba collaborated the programme and the children along with the staff of Rich Harvest School were welcomed by Dr. Indira Bhatyal, Medical Superintendent, District Hospital Samba.
The students made the gathering aware about the menace of plastic wastes.
They also staged a dance performance to highlight the ill effects of plastic and after this Anita Khajuria, Coordinator of the school distributed clothes to the under privileged patients in the hospital.
A handout stated that this effort was an attempt to inculcate moral values among the students.
