JAMMU, June 25: As the Board of Professional and Entrance Examination (BOPEE) today announced that Combined Entrance Test of Chemistry and Biology papers will be held on July 5; some candidates are in a fix in view of clash of the CET date with JEE Advanced Counseling.
The candidates, who have cleared JEE Advanced Test and been provisionally offered seat at any IIT/ISM in the first round of course allocation, are required to appear for document verification at their zonal IITs.
As the dates of July 4 and 5 have been fixed for the document verification of the candidates under OBC and PWD category, the aspirants are finding it difficult to appear both in JKCET and JEE Counseling.
They have appealed the BOPEE to either pre-pone or postpone the CET date in the interest of students.
