SRINAGAR, June 17: Civil Defence Budgam today organized one-day workshop on drug de-addiction at Government SAM Degree College in Budgam.
A police spokesman said about 500 students attended the workshop which was aimed to stop the drug abuse among youth and orient them for a healthy and prosperous future.
Principal of Degree College Budgam chaired the programme which was facilitated by Syed Shafat Hussain (Chairman Human Care Foundation Kashmir), Dr Abdul Majeed (Medical Officer ASYM Hospital Budgam), Malik Mohammad Akbar (Deputy Chief Warden) and Mohammad Yaqoob (Deputy Divisional Warden Budgam).
