JAMMU, Sept 1: The “Chinese Food Festival” commenced at “The Lime Tree” rooftop restaurant of Lords Inn Jammu-A unit of Grand Plaza Hotel Private Limited from today to September 10.

The rooftop restaurant is a food paradise, especially for the foodies as they can savour the flavours and textures of Chinese snacks, soups, sizzlers, main course and desserts.
While it’s the innovation of the product that makes this restaurant a must-visit, the taste too is an added incentive. The ambience is stylish with open air kitchen and bar.
“Offering a variety right from Tofu Salt and Pepper to Veg Wrap Prawns, Crunchy Mushroom, Dragon Roll, Korean Chicken to Soya Wine Schezwan Chicken, Fish, they have rocking sizzlers that come in variety like Five Spice Moon Fan rice, Baby Corn and Mushroom Delight, King Pao Dice Pepper Chicken and Thai Classic Seafood Royal”, said Dinesh Sehji, General Manager.
“For the Curries they have a variety like Yang Lang Stir Fried Mix Vegetables, Kaeng Phak Thai Curry, Shangai Chicken, Malaysian Fish Curry and many more. If you are skeptical about the taste, you need not, the dishes taste almost like to the countries they belong to as the ingredients and the way of preparation remains to be the same and incase you have any specifications, our chefs will be happy to prepare dishes as per your taste”, he said, adding that for the ones who want to try more, can have their fried rice and yummy noodles. They have the special fried rice and noodles preparation and this includes Khow Fried Rice, Pad Thai, Ratna Noodles, Malaya Mein Chow and many more, Sehji stated. For the Desserts, they have the traditional Daarsan, fried ice cream etc, so you can have your fill with a blend of dishes innovative as well as traditional.
