KISHTWAR, Mar 31: A meeting of Chinar Power Project Workers Union district Kishtwar was held today under the chairmanship of Joginder Bhandari. In the meeting a large number of workers working in Rattle H.E Project Drabshalla, BEACON and other private labourers from district Kishtwar participated.
They criticized the CAPD Department for its failure to issue monthly ration from concerned sale depots of CAPD district Kishtwar which has caused a brewing resentment among the labour classes.
Joginder Bhandari Chairman of the Union while addressing the meeting said that the labourers have not been issued their monthly ration from the concerned sale depots of CAPD Department for the month of March 2014 for which the labourers have to purchase ration from the market which every labour can not afford due to the prevailing market rates of Atta, Rice and Sugar.
