JAMMU, Jan 21: KC Wheat Products organised chef workshop, wherein the company launched its new products like improved quality maida, besan, atta and sooji during the workshop, here today.
The workshop was witnessed by chefs from Jammu & Kashmir and different parts of India.
The workshop was the brainchild of chef Balram-a culinary expert and said that the use of bakery ingredients and the art of making dough is key to the quality of bakery products.
The chefs showcased their artisanal skills by preparing different dishes like breads, cake and assorted mithais from the wide array of KC Products during the workshop.
The company, KC Wheat Products have a great spread of products ranging from KC Chakki Atta, Maida, Suji, Besan, Fine atta.
The General Manager Sales & Marketing, Anmol Kamal said that there has been a great demand from our dealers, bakers and chefs to introduce such workshops for effective use of ingredients and a great opportunity to learn and polish skills for preparing different arrays of products from KC foods.
The workshop will be conducted on regular intervals to enhance the cooking skills and for skill enhancement of chefs from our UT, said General Manager.
