JAMMU, Nov 26: City police registered a cheating case against a finance company.
As per police sources, a lady namely Ravi Kanta, a resident of Gandhi Nagar lodged a complaint with Police Station City stating that a finance company on the name and title ‘Bamba Finance Company’ at Kanak Mandi duped her off Rs 8.60 lakh.
The company is being owned by Ashok Bamba and Bhushan Bamba, sons of Om Parkash Bamba, resident of Gandhi Nagar.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 61/17 under Section 420 RPC has been registered at City Police Station and investigation started.
