JAMMU, Sept 6: Cyber Police produced chargesheet in online job fraud case.
As per police sources, Cyber Police Station Jammu produced chargesheet in online job fraud case regarding which a case under FIR Number 16/2021 under Sections 66D IT Act and 420 IPC has been registered.
The accused persons were identified as Parveen alias Pinnu, son of Munshi Ram of Tilak Gali Thanesar Kurukshetra , Haryana, Arun, son of Samaspal of Laxman Colony Kurukshetra Haryana and Mukul Pahwa, son of Gurbachan Singh of Mohalla Chakarwarti Kurukshetra.
After completing investigation, the charge sheet was produced before court by Inspector Vikram Sharma under the supervision of SP Naresh Singh, Incharge Cyber Police Station Jammu. The next date of hearing is fixed for September 28, 2021.
