JAMMU, Dec 27: In the much publicized Nanak Nagar Shiv Temple desecration case, Additional Sessions Judge Jammu, Shahzad Azeem today framed charges against Gurbachan Singh, Rajinder Singh and Subash Kumar.
While framing charges, Additional Sessions Judge observed, “there is a ground for presuming that Gurbachan Singh has committed offence under Sections 295, 296, 354 read with 120-B RPC”, adding “Rajinder Singh and Subash Kumar found to have committed offences under Section 120-B read with Sections 295, 296 and 354 RPC”.
