JAMMU, June 30: Special Judge NIA Sunit Gupta today framed charges against four Hizbul Mujahideen militants namely Nisar Ahmed Sheikh, Nisar Ahmed Butt, Azad Hussain Bagwan and Rustam Ali Bagwan in the much publicized Anil Parihar (State Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir BJP) and his brother Ajeet Parihar murder case.
After hearing Special PP Baldev Singh for the NIA whereas Advocate IH Bhat and Deepika Singh Rajawat for the accused persons, the court observed, “prima facie the offences under Sections 302/120-B/109/34 of RPC, Sections 18/19/39 of UA(P) Act are made out against the accused Nisar Ahmed Sheikh, whereas, the offences under Sections 13/19/39 of UA(P) Act are prima facie made out against the accused persons namely Nisar Ahmed Butt, Azad Hussain and Rustam Ali Bhagwan”.
