Charges framed against 10 in attack on truckers

JAMMU, Aug 22: 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu Sanjay Parihar today framed charges against Varinder Singh, Danish, Haresh Singh, Sindoor Singh, Rahul Sharma, Rameshwar Singh, Balram Singh, Ameet Singh, Rohit Sharma and Jasbir Singh, who were involved in the attack on truckers.
However, the court discharged Vikas Sharma at the stage of framing of charges.
The charges have been framed under Sections 120 B/302/307/435/149/427/336 RPC read with 3/5 Explosive Substances Act.
