JAMMU, June 14: Hindu leader Raju Chandel today demanded reservation for refugees and Valmiki community in Government jobs.
In this regard, he wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and urged him that the Central Government needs to do justice with these communities by offering reservation to them in Govt jobs because Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Government is always thinking seriously about these backward and Dalit refugees.
“Since the Govt abrogated the Articles-370 and 35A, a hope has been emerged in these communities and now time has come, so that they will get the benefits in Govt jobs at par with other states of the country,” he stated.
He urged the Prime Minister not to disappoint the refugees and Valmiki people living in the Jammu and Kashmir and provide reservation by giving them proper justice.
