R.S PURA, Nov 6: Chairman J&K Grameen Bank (JKGB), Janak Raj Angural today inaugurated Guru Ram Dass Furniture House-a retail furniture house at village Sunder Nagar, Dablehar road, here.
The unit is financed @ Rs. 25 lakh by JKGB Dablehar branch.
Speaking on the occasion the Chairman said that the Bank expects a fruitful journey ahead with the business unit owned by Virinder Kour.
He said that the Bank should be pro-active in providing credit facilities to the budding entrepreneurs that will aid development and financial prosperity of the State.
Regional Manager JKGB, R.K Narang said that bank’s lucrative financing schemes should be promoted among the people of the State and details of these schemes are available at Bank’s website www.jkgb.in.
Vipan Gupta, HOD (FIID, JKGB) said that J&K Grameen Bank in addition to its primary business of banking has also forayed into insurance sector through tie-ups with insurance partners like LIC, Bajaj General, Bajaj Life and Religare Health.
Rashpal Chaudhary, Branch Head Simbal Morh said the Bank has tremendously progressed in providing digital services to its esteemed clientele.
Branch heads of Baspur, Badyal Brahmana, Kirpind, Satrayan Camp, R.S Pura etc were also present.
