Lawyers of Jammu are demanding establishment of permanent CAT benches at Jammu n Srinagar. But nobody is talking about erstwhile Distt. Doda wherefrom most of the service matters emerge. There are about 26000 service writ petitions pending before Hon’ble High Court at Jammu, out of which considerable number of cases belong to our Distt. Both Jammu and Srinagar are far away from our District as such in order to mitigate the problems of govt employees belonging to erstwhile Doda Distt., a permanent bench of CAT be established at Kishtwar to provide speedy justice to employees of this area. Lawyers and litigants of this area have lot of expectations from you and they need special attention because they have already suffered a lot due to piling up of their cases for years together in the Hon’ble High Court.
