JAMMU, Apr 14: Seeking vote for coalition candidate for Kathua-Udhampur-Doda Parliamentary constituency Ghulam Nabi Azad, general secretary, Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) Maheshwar Singh along with senior Congress leader Ashok Sharma conducted door-to-door campaigns in Billawar and adjoining areas.
Singh and Sharma while addressing public meetings at Billawar and adjoining areas urged the electorates to vote in the favour of Ghulam Nabi Azad for equitable development of all the three regions of the State.
They added that Congress is the only party which works for the upliftment of the people residing in far-flung areas of the State.
They said that Azad’s efficiency in the governance as well as in the organization is praise-worthy and appealed to the people to caste their valuable vote in his favour and elect him their representative in the Lok Sabha.
