Cashew prices Rs 5 down on subdued demand

NEW DELHI, Feb 8:  Cashew prices fell marginally by Rs 5 per kg in the national capital today due to subdued demand from bulk consumers amid increased arrivals from producing areas.
Cashew kernel (No 180, 210, 240 and 230) eased by Rs 5 each to conclude at Rs 775-785, Rs 675-680, Rs 630-635 and Rs 585-590 per kg, respectively.
Traders attributed fall in cashew prices to slackened demand from bulk consumers against increased arrivals from producing areas.
