Cashew declines on subdued demand

NEW DELHI, Feb 20:  Cashew prices fell by Rs 10 per kg in the national capital today due to subdued demand from bulk consumers amidst increased arrivals from producing areas.
Cashew kernel (No 180, 210, 240 and 230) eased by Rs 5 each to conclude at Rs 755-765, Rs 655-665, Rs 620-625 and Rs 575-580 per kg, respectively.
Traders attributed fall in cashew prices to slackened demand from bulk consumers against increased arrivals from producing areas.

Almond (California) Rs 17,700, Almond (Gurbandi-new) Rs 9,700-10,000, Almond (Girdhi) Rs 6,500-7,000; Abjosh Afghani Rs 7,000-19,500.
