JAMMU, Feb 13: Birla Open Minds International School (BOMIS) Jammu organized a career orientation Seminar in School premises, here today.
The seminar was conducted by IDP Education, the global leader in international education services, which was specially organized for Grade XI and XII students with an objective to guide the students for their career.
The sessions revolved around the impact of technology on easing the application process for international students, along with insights on sought-after study destinations such as Australia, UK, USA, Canada and Ireland.
Some of the other key knowledge-sharing sessions revolved around the ‘Role of an education counselor in shaping students’ global dreams’, ‘insights and trends in the international education sector, and ‘Understanding of strategies to score higher bands in IELTS’.
Principal of the School, Aparana Kohli also addressed the students and emphasized on the importance of such programs and advised the students to go forth and embrace their future with open arms and enthusiastically pursue the best life journey of discovery.
