JAMMU, Mar 22: Career Launcher, the national leader in test preparation, conducted a mock test for UPSC IAS (prelims) at its new location, opposite GGM Science College, as part of the IAS Test Series programme.
According to Ayush Nargotra, Director CL Jammu, the IAS prelims test series are indispensible for any Civil Services aspirant as this test replicates the CSP experience 12 times. Thus with CL`s CSP Test Series, the actual Prelims will appear to be their 13th attempt at it. Previously aspirants of J&K had to go to Delhi for taking these tests every other Sunday but now they have the facility in CL Jammu thus saving lot of time and money.
“Such tests will be conducted on alternate Sundays of both GS and CSAT. The OMR sheets will be sent to Delhi for analysis and the results will be available on a national benchmarking. All the aspirants will get an online account where they will get video analysis of the tests, daily newspaper, general knowledge capsules and a monthly magazine “Essence” as part of the programme”, he added.
Ayush said that CL Jammu faculty will also provide analysis workshop of the tests giving strategy for handling the IAS prelims. He added that 1069 Career Launcher students were selected in 2014 IAS prelims and 85 were finally selected in 2013.
