Cancer Care Trust gets IT exemption

JAMMU, Dec 14: LBN Radiations of Hope, a Cancer Care Foundation Trust From J&K today got approval under section 80 G of IT Act. Government offers 80 G donations Tax rebate as an incentive for donations.
NGO’S and Trusts after getting registered have to comply with certain formalities and work with certain riders to get approved under 80 G.
Section 80 G of IT Act allows donations made to certain relief funds and Charitable Institutions as a deduction from gross total income.
It is pertinent to Mention here that cancer Specialist from Jammu Dr Deepak Abrol started a self help group in 2010 with name of Radiations of Hope for Cancer Awareness, screening and helping poor Cancer patients. The group got registered as Trust in 2016 as Lajwanti Bhagatnath RADIATIONS of HOPE (LBNROH).
The Trust is continuing its activities in field of cancer awareness, screening and helping poor cancer patients especially in far flung areas. Trust to its Credit has Six National Level Cancer Conferences ( Crabecon) through Crab – Cancer Research And Analysis Bureau, its research group.
