JAMMU, May 18: Clerical Association Health Department (CAHD) today stressed the higher ups in the department for early conduct of DPC of the Cadre.
Addressing a press conference, Sushil Sudan, president, Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation (JKMEF), along with CAHD president, Mohd Saleem, urged the Government for considering the demands of the clerical cadre of the Health Department as early as possible.
Sudan highlighted various tribulations faced by the Cadre which include early conduct of DPC of the cadre, rectification of seniority list of Senior Assistants, conduct of DPC of Junior Assistants as per the seniority list made by the Service Selection Board and making proper mechanism for deputation of Senior Assistants to IMPA for Secretariat Assistant Course.
Other demands highlighted by the JKMEF president were preparation of personal files of Non-Gazetted Employees at par with Gazetted employees, removal of pay anomalies pending since long and creation of the posts of Section Officers/Head Assistants at district as well as block level.
On the occasion, CAHD president also announced to observe one day pen down strike in support to the strike call by Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association.
Prominent amongst others present on the occasion were Sandeep Wadhera, Vishal Sharma, Surinder Bakshi, Urmil Ganjoo, Amarjeet, Prathma Devi, Sangeeta Bakshi, Neha Slathia, Anil Kumar, Basant Ram, Tilak Raj, Deepak Sharma and Brij Mohan.
