JAMMU, Mar 31: Some burglars struck in a house in Gole Gujral area and decamped with gold jewellery worth Rs 15 lakh and some cash.
Quoting family members, a police spokesman said that the theft took place in the house of a man identified as Sunil Kumar, son of late Sham Sunder Puri, resident of 521 A Bhardwal Colony, Gole Gujral on March 30 between 10.15 Am to 2 PM.
According to the complainant, gold jewellery worth Rs 15 lakh and a cash amount of Rs 5000 was stolen by the burglars. A complaint of theft has been registered in this connection at concerned police station and investigations started.
