Budgami’s yet another book on KPs plight

JAMMU, June 17: P L Kaul Budgami’s yet another book Dastan-e-Dhar-o-Rassan on plight of Kashmiri Pandits will hit the stands soon. The book refers to KPs pre and post independence history with special emphasis on the forced exile in the year 1989-90.
The book is a detailed story of ancient Kashmir with rich civilization of Hindus and Sanskrit language, said Badgami while briefing about his yet another book to be released soon. The writer has given a detail of Hinduism and its rich culture in building Kashmir which has been now endangered by the radicalization of Kashmir society uprooting Kashmiriyat and its rich values.
The book consists of three parts in addition to introduction “ Kashmir its historical perspective’’ written by Dr K N Pandita. The ground realities of Kashmir in the post independence era have been thoroughly analyzed by the writer
The author has given a clear message to the community not to wait for normalization of the socio-political condition in the Valley but to strive hard to make a secured future of the sons and daughters of the community.
