NEW DELHI, Dec 6: BSP MP Dhananjay Singh, arrested in connection with the alleged torture and death of his maid servant,
today moved a Delhi court seeking interim bail/parole to attend the ongoing Winter session of Parliament.
The petitioner contended that as an elected representative of the people, he should be allowed to attend the Winter session of Parliament.
Dhananjay Singh, along with his wife, is presently in Tihar Jail.
The petition is likely to come up for hearing tomorrow. (UNI)
