UDHAMPUR, Aug 18: The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) today organised a review meeting in Udhampur district, which saw the participation of leaders and workers from Udhampur, Reasi and Ramban districts.
BSP Central Coordinator and J&K & Himachal Pradesh in-charge, Dharamvir Singh Ashok, was the chief guest, while the party’s J&K president Darshan Rana and zonal in-charge Mangal Das were also present.
Addressing the gathering, Dharamvir Singh Ashok urged party workers to take the policies and vision of the BSP to the grassroots level.
He emphasized that workers play a pivotal role in strengthening the organisation and should engage with the people with honesty and dedication.
“More such review meetings will be conducted across other districts to discuss upcoming party programmes and preparations for the forthcoming elections in Jammu and Kashmir,” Dharamvir Singh Ashok added.
In his address, BSP J&K president Darshan Rana directed all district presidents to immediately form committees at the sector and booth levels, stressing that such organisational strengthening was key to establishing the BSP Government in the Union Territory.
Rana further called upon the party workers to pledge their full commitment to this cause and also issue guidelines for future programmes. Zonal in-charge Mangal Das and other party functionaries also shared their views and deliberated on the ongoing activities and strategies of the party in the region.
