SRINAGAR, Mar 12: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, conducted 34th Telephone Adalat under the chairmanship of DK Agarwal, General Managar today.
The PRO of the company said that 42 cases were registered in the Adalat. 30 cases were decided on spot and an amount of Rs 114071 was ordered to be recovered. The total rebate extended in favour of the customer was Rs. 76971.
PRO further said that the company is undertaking such kind of initiatives off and on and any subscriber having any complaint regarding excess billing, restoration of postpaid mobile, landline and broadband connection can approach us without further delay.
