It is being observed that the mobile service provided by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is quite irksome.
It seems the service provider has taken its subscribers for granted and does not care for the trouble they encounter while pressing a number to their contacts. The moment a number is pressed, it gets snapped. And one hears the cliches ‘Call cannot be completed” or number out of reach.’ The people faced severe problem on Sept 21, when the BSNL service remained severely affected. Though Sept 21 can be assumed as an exception, in other days too, the service remains poor. Despite bringing it in the notice of the concerned authorities, they do not bother much.
It was expected that with the coming up of private service providers, BSNL may upgrade its service and efficiency. But that has not happened. Rather services have been worsening day by day.
The BSNL authorities are requested to improve services or wind up business, and leave subscribers to choose other service provider.
