JAMMU, Jan 30: The J&K Circle of BSNL & DOT Pensioners’ Association discussed their demands in its meeting held here today.
The revision of pension to BSNL pensioners/family pensioners as per 7th Central Pay Commission was mainly discussed in the meeting. Besides, deliberations were made to get the pension revision implemented in BSNL.
Moreover, a free medical checkup camp for pensioners and their family members were organized through Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Super Speciality Hospital, Katra, recently approved by J&K BSNL authorities at CGHS rates. It was informed that the next free eyecheckup camp will be arranged for BSNL beneficiaries on February 24.
Prominent among those present were HR Gupta, All India vice president BDPA (I), BL Bhat, Circle secretary, SN Kalloo, district president, RN Mattoo, district secretary, RL Kaul, working president, BDPA (I), Jammu.
