JAMMU, Mar 22: As a part of BSF initiative for upliftment of Border population, BSF today organized a Free Medical camp at Government. Primary School, Suchet Garh , Border Village, Tehsil and District Samba under the civic action programme.
The Medical camp was inaugurated by Renu Katyal. In presence of Madan Lal Commandant ,80 Battalion BSF. During the medical camp Darshan Singh , Sarpanch, Kangawala, Villagers and other BSF Official were also present. Dr. Rinchen CMO S/1 Nagar, Dr. T. Sai Krishna , MO 80 Battalion BSF , Dr. Keerthi ,GDMO examined total 215 patients including children present in the school were offered snacks and tea. During medical camp free medicines were distributed among the villagers and children.
Addressing to the media persons DIG BSF Sector Headquarter Indereshwar Nagar Pardeep Katyal said BSF making constant efforts to improve the social condition of border population by taking up various projects such as Swacch Bharat Compaign, Pre recruitment training sports tournament besides free medical camp and he also said due to these kind of efforts made by BSF the liason between BSF and Border Villagers soul would be better.
