BSF Jawan falls from moving train, critically injured

UDHAMPUR, June 9: A BSF Jawan was critically injured after he fell from moving train at tunnel number 19, near Ramnagar Station, here today.
The incident took place around 11.am when Jammu Mail Train was on its way from Jammu to Katra. The injured BSF Jawan of 138 battalion, namely Sudhakar P Mratha (35), son of Dundh Mratha of Sildyara Maharashtra, who was hanging near the door, accidentally fell from the moving train resulting into amputation of both his legs. GRP Police rushed to the spot and took the injured jawan to District Hospital Udhampur where doctors referred him to Command Hospital Udhampur.
