JAMMU, Aug 16: Bishnah police foiled bovines smuggling bid by rescuing a cattle.
As per police sources, based on reliable information, a team from Bishnah police station laid a naka and intercepted a Tata Mobile vehicle bearing registration number JKO2BM-4582.
During checking, police rescued cattle from the vehicle, while the bovine smugglers managed to escape from the spot taking benefit of the darkness.
A case under FIR Number 176/17 under Section 188 RPC and 3 PCA Act has been registered at Bishnah police station and hunt has been launched to arrest the accused.
