JAMMU, June 19: The J&K BOPEE today successfully conducted Common Entrance Test for admission to B Sc Nursing/B Sc Para Medical/B Sc Technology Courses-2022 at Jammu and Srinagar.
For the said test, over 25,182 candidates had applied, out of which 23,470 candidates appeared which works out to be 93.20 percent. The Exam was conducted by the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations for the third consecutive year.
The OMR based objective type Written Examination was conducted successfully. A total of 39 Examination Centres were designated in Jammu and Kashmir i.e; 32 Centres in Kashmir Division and seven Centres in Jammu Division.
The Board ensured transparency and fairness during the conduct of whole examination process by equipping all the venues. Adequate security arrangements were put in place at every examination centre.
The Chairman, Secretary, and Controller of Examinations, J&K BOPEE visited and inspected the conduct of Examination and took stock of examination arrangements put in place.
