DODA, May 15: Thathri police arrested a bootlegger along with 35 pouches of illicit liquor.
As per police sources, a team from Thathri police station led by SHO SI Ravi Singh Parihar laid a naka at Kalnai Bridge and intercepted a person namely Rinku Kumar, son of Ram Raj of Mallia Sangna, district Kishtwar.
During checking, police recovered 35 pouches of illicit liquor and arrested the bootlegger.
A case under FIR number 30/14 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Thathri police station and investigation started.
