DODA, June 8: Thathri police arrested a man along with illicit liquor pouches.
As per police sources, on specific information, police team from Thathri police station laid a naka near RP Gate and intercepted a person on suspicious grounds.
During checking, police recovered 36 pouches of illicit liquor and arrested the bootlegger, who has been identified as Davinder Singh, son of Shiv Nath of Kashalli, Tehsil Phagsoo.
A case under FIR Number 39/15 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered against the accused at Thathri police station and investigation started.
