JAMMU, July 3: Sidhra police arrested a bootlegger along with large quantity of illicit liquor pouches and bottles.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Sidhra police post laid a naka at Daghera Morh and apprehended a man along with 64 pouches and 8 bottles of illicit liquor.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Nagrota police station and investigation started.
Police team led by Incharge Sidhra police post SI Tariq Ahmed made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Nagrota Inspector Bhushan Singh Manhas, SDPO Nagrota Dr Amit Sharma and SP Rural Arun Gupta.
