Body recovered from orchard

SRINAGAR, Apr 22: Police today recovered a body of a 27-year-old person from an apple orchard in Chandusa area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
“On Saturday at about 1100 hours a missing report was lodged in Police Post Delina, Baramulla regarding the missing of a 27-year old person namely Parvez Ahmad Kamil, son of  Shamasdin Kamil resident of Veernar, Baramulla,” a police spokesman said.
Police launched a search to trace him utilizing all resources. “Many people including the ones he had remained mostly in contact were questioned”, the spokesman said.
However today in the late afternoon his dead body was found in an apple orchard in village Kachwa, Chandusa. The apparent cause of death seems to be poisoning.
A case has been registered and the investigation was taken up, the spokesman added.
