JAMMU, May 26: A male body was found this afternoon from Khatikan Talab area of this winter Capital of the State.
According to a police spokesperson, the deceased have been identified as Subhash Chander (45) son of Beli Ram, a resident of House No 897, Shivalik Puram, Janipur, Jammu. He said the dead body did not bear any injury marks, adding prima facie it appeared that man died of heart attack.
The body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, for conducting postmortem tomorrow.
Peer Mitha police have taken cognizance of the matter.
