Body of another boy washed away in flash flood found

JAMMU, Aug 26: The body of two teenage brothers, who were washed away in flash floods in the Tawi River here have been recovered.
“The body of Surya Partap was recovered today from the left bank of the Tawi River, six km from the International Border near Kaliyal belt of Nikki Tawi here,” a police spokesman said.
The body of his younger brother Adarsh was recovered from river yesterday evening, he said, adding they are the sons of BSF Head Constable Parbhu Nath Rai.
Both brothers and one of their friends were celebrating the birthday of Surya Partap at Hari ki Pouri on Wednesday here when they were washed away due to sudden floods owing to rains in catchment area. However, their friend had managed to rescue himself.
