JAMMU, June 21: Kavinder Gupta, former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir today stated that the Public Grievances Redressal Committee (PGRC) initiated by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is proving to be a boon for the common masses.
He was talking to the people at BJP Headquarter, here, today to highlight their grievances before the party leaders.
In charge Public Grievances Redressal Committee and BJP secretary, Arvind Gupta, office secretary, Tilak Raj Gupta and Library in charge, Prof. Kulbhushan Mohtra also accompanied former Dy. CM in the public grievance camp.
People from various areas of the region visited BJP Headquarter and discussed their issues with the senior party leadership. People came individually as well as in the form of deputations to press for their specific issues.
Various issues related to Nallah, water, electricity, road, lanes, drains etc. were presented before the senior party leadership. While listening to the issues presented, Kavinder Gupta telephonically talked to the concerned departmental officials and issued letters for the others.
Kavinder Gupta, said that the Sahyog Cell initiated by Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is proving to be a boon for the common masses. He said that the Bharatiya Janata Party is committed to resolve the issues of the public. He said that people approach the party Headquarter with their wide range of issues and the party leaders make every sincere effort to solve their issues at the earliest.
