JAMMU, May 22: BJP Jammu & Kashmir organized a District Core Group meeting to review COVID management in Akhnoor, at the Bharatiya Janata Party district Office, in the area.
Meeting was presided over by district president of the party, Jagdish Bhagat in the presence of BJP State general secretary, (Organization) Ashok Kaul as the chief guest.
BJP State vice president, Sham Lal Sharma, former MLA Rajeev Sharma, former MLA Dr. Krishna Lal, former V.C Kissan Board, Daljit Singh, DDC Member Suresh Sharma, district organization secretary, Indrajit, district in-charge, Karan Singh, Brijesh Singh, co-incharge, district general secretary, G S Chib, Surinder Singh, Sobha Ram, former district president Manmohan Singh attended the meeting.
In the meeting, Ashok Kaul discussed about the measures ensured by the BJP activists during the Pandemic to help the people. He inquired from the party men that how they helped in the distribution of the Corona medicine kits. He also suggested various ways how to serve the needy people with the involvement of whole organization.
District president and other senior leaders of party also discussed the various measures in COVID management already taken in the organizational district of Akhnoor and decided that more stringent efforts need to be ensured at the grass root level to contain the deadly infection.
