JAMMU, Feb 3: Former MLA from Billawar and senior Congress leader Dr Manohar Lal Sharma has said that BJP and PDP are responsible for the present constitutional crisis in the State.
In a press statement the Ex-MLA alleged that common man is suffering badly due to failure of both the parties for formation of a stable Government even after getting a massive mandate from the peoples of the State. Both the parties have different political ideology and agenda as well but both have come together with a agenda of alliance before formation of coalition Government eleven months earlier.
Dr Sharma said that there is no change in the number of both coalition partners except one due to the death of Mufti Mohammed Syeed. Both the parties are showing a irresponsible behavior in the formation of Government thus befooling the peoples mandate.
The Congress leader further said that in a massive participation of voters in this assembly elections the mandate was given in Jammu to BJP and in Kashmir to PDP and both agreed with agenda of alliance for formation of Government but now at this stage why they are hesitating to form a Government and pushing the State under Governor’s rule.
